The finishing step makes it possible to improve the surface condition of the part and to eliminate all the roughnesses.
BREA SYSTEM has several equipments:
-> Shot blasting: a process which consists in screening the piece of stainless steel balls (shot from 0.4 to 0.5) and improves paint performance.

->Tribofinishing: a process that consists in vibrating the piece in a bowl filled with ceramic shaped pebbles enabling abrasion on the surface of the aluminum.
Sanding station
-> Sanding: a process that eliminates asperities of a part and polishes its surface. BREA SYSTEM takes particular care of this steps, carried out by qualified operators, as it is specialized in the production of appearance parts.
